Ativation key lost

    Hello,

    I use Parallels for mac because i work with some programs that just runs at windows XP, but weeks ago it was sent an ativation key, but i lost it... And now i want to recover all my work, but i cannot access to windows... Parallels ask me for the key..

    The product ID is: 166-18069-46839-23941-21332-38466

    Is there any possibility to send me again the ativation key?

    You will be prompted to log into your account if you were not logged in previously.

    Please select 'Customer Service and Licensing' category from the first drop-down list. Then select 'Parallels Desktop' as a product.

    Please note that you do not need to have a support code to create such a request.
