Attempting to renew license

Hi,

I want to renew my expired license online. After clicking Review Payment Option & Renew Subscription, it says it will send me a link by email. The email never arrived. Please check and tell me what I need to do.

Hello @Avinash Bundhoo , i work at amazon and bought the license, when i register it i see key already in use
can you please help i can share the license details seperately
license name: Amazon.com Services, Inc.

I am having this same issue, no email ever arrives. I tried the customer service bot and it recognized the problem and then said it created a support ticket then disconnected. No support ticket email ever arrived. I tried sending a DM to @parallelsCares on x.com bit never received a reply. Please help
