Authentication edir novell

Can a client of 2X Authentication to edir novell
in our place there is no AD.
If yes, What is the way to do it???
 
If it is a full LDAP server which I am not sure it is it could work.
We only support officially Microsoft AD so while other solutions are known to work for LDAP authentication, YMMV.
If you do not have AD we also support local accounts but group filtering etc... _will_ be close to impossible.
