Auto renew and refund .. please help me

Hi Admin,

I noticed today a debit on my account for subscription renewal for parallel destop even when I already stopped using it.
I have had parallels for some years and was not aware it had been set up to automatically renew.
I no longer have use for parallels after changing my machines so I would like to request a refund.
