Seriously?? I just got an auto-renew on the subscription but like all sleazy software companies, apparently you guys also play the "not notifying your customers about an upcoming auto-renewal" sleaze tactic... I'll let it slide bc obviously this is mostly my fault but I won't ever buy another license. I expected more bc the product is good quality but I guess sales/marketing leadership here sucks like most tech companies now... There's lots of open source options out there. Be kind to your customers or they will leave.
