I want to remove the auto renewal of my suscription to Parallels.
The option to desactivate the auto payment has been removed so it's impossible to make.
I already payed for the year 2026 but I don't wont a new payment to be made on 06/12/2026
I tried a free trial period of 14 days. I dont want to continue using Parallels and I cannot find the 'stop auto-renewal' in my account. Admins/support please help me with stopping the auto-renewal and deleting my account.
