Apparently I had this on auto renew, although I have not used the product in the past few years. Instead of refunding my money, the person with the non-English name tells me that company policy does not allow refunds on renewals, but that they will extend the product for an extra 3 months giving me a product I don't use for 15 months instead of 12.
This is absolutely a crock and a great way to get money you have not earned!
Poor customer service, but since I'm not a customer, I guess it doesn't matter.
