Auto-update to 5160 in UK

Hi,

I'm currently running v4128 and want to update to the latest build. When I use the Parallels auto-updater (> Help > Check for Updates) it tells me that there is a new build available (3.0.5160). However, when I click to download it just stalls and never downloads. It has been like this for a couple of weeks.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do you overcome it? I could download the .dmg from the website but am not sure if it has any necessary internationalisations and don't want to screw up my nicely set up VMs ;-)

Any help appreciated!

Same problem here. As was mentioned, I could just download the whole package from the downloads page, but I'm afraid it might mess up my carefully set up VMs... Any help?
 
Hello,

this procedure doesn’t affect virtual machine’s files and settings, so you don't need to do anything special. Only, you might need to reinstall Parallels Tools.
