    Hello

Now that Revit 2027 has been out for a couple months the accelerated graphics toggle is out of tech preview and is a legitimate feature within Revit. Turning it on however does nothing but freeze the 3D view requiring the file to be closed and reopened. Will you be adding support for this feature in this upcoming release?

    Greetings,

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding Revit 2027.

While I cannot confirm specific feature roadmaps or exact release timelines at this moment, we definitely want to investigate why the 3D view is freezing when you enable the new accelerated graphics toggle. To help our engineering team look into this behavior and see how we can improve compatibility, we need a bit more information from your end.

Could you please provide the following:
    1. Reproduction Steps or Video
Please provide a detailed, step-by-step reproduction of the issue so we can replicate it in our testing environment. Alternatively, you can record a video demonstrating the freeze. If you choose to submit a video, please follow the recording guidelines and steps mentioned in this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/118652 and upload the recorded video via the link https://fe.parallels.com/698310d0-b25a-439a-8ff2-dd94453d2ef3

    2. Collect a technical report (Right-click on the Parallels icon in the Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this post.

    Thanks

Hello, thank you for getting back to me this quick.
I've uploaded the video to this link, https://fe.parallels.com/698310d0-b25a-439a-8ff2-dd94453d2ef3

I'm running the latest Parallels 26 and other autodesk products run just fine, even revit does too.
Concerning the technical report I tried it twice and kept hanging up, I'll upload it once I figure it out.
I hope the video helps out.
