I downloaded a 1-year Parallels subscription last year for a college course. I haven't used the subscription since December 2024, when the class ended. Since then, I have graduated and no longer use Parallels.
Today, I noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed and charged for another year. As I am no longer using the product, would it be possible to cancel the renewal and process a refund?
