Awckward behaviour of several applications

Hi,

One of our customers is complaining about applications provided by 2X, who sometimes react very strange.
Sometimes when users open Outlook, Outlook gets displayed immediately but when he tries to scroll down in the Inbox, the application freezes for about a minute. Has anyone seen this before? I first thought that this was related to heavy load on the servers but can say for sure taht this is not the issue.

Another awckward thing is when opening Acrobat PDF Reader Pro 9. The users at the customer site have dual screen desktops. Sometimes PDF Reader gets opened filling up both screens at once with the reader. This does not happen all the time so it's hard to reproduce.

The customer is running ApplicationServer version 6.2 running on 2 Windows 2003 terminal servers with only 16 users who get distributed over these two servers.

We are also having some issues. I am pushing Internet Explorer out for some of our Macs to use but it is not allowing them to type anything in the address bar. It just refreshes and prohibits anything from being entered

We are also seeing this with a client especially in Outlook. Sometimes when they click on the SEND button it just minimizes the message window but does not actually send and the client is flipped back to main Outlook window or even though mouse is over the SEND button the clicking input actually click on some area below the button like the favourites folders section in Outlook 2007. Almost like the movement of the mouse is slower than the right click input.

We are also seeing very fast mouse movement - it will jump across the screen in Outlook even though the mouse was gently moved. clients are running version 7.1 and latest ApplicationServer on Win2003 server.

Very strange and frustrating for our client. Any tidbits and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

are you using mac or windows client? which versions?

We are running pure Windows environment. 2x ApplicationServer client - latest build version 7.3 and still observing same issue. Client will click on the send button to send an email in Outlook and the message just minimizes but does not send or they have Word open adn they click on the minimize button and it does not minimize. Very strange and hoping someone else observed something similar and can share some tips to figure this out as extremely sporadic but has not gone away after 6 months.
