backup from Time Machine runs again should replace again the whole pvm file from star

Time Machine first backup if backup and pvm files in other words the Windows virtual machine(eg 15.000GB), upon something modified in vm windows (eg 15.090GB) and backup from Time Machine runs again should replace again the whole pvm file from start or only backup the 90MB changed so await less time???
 
if i choose this and backup once, then second backup of whole mac including vm (the vm backup) will be much much less than first time???
 
IN OTHER WORDS vm windows etc pvm files can backup but updated not again full bkup, or must be full again from beginning...full (not update so must await a lot?
 
If you select this option, a snapshot will be taken every 24 hours.
Time Machine, when backing up your Mac, will not back up the entire virtual machine, but only
its latest snapshot. This allows you to reduce the amount of data that Time Machine backs up,
to reduce the time Time Machine spends backing up the virtual hard disk(s), and to minimize
the risk of data loss or corruption when restoring the virtual machine hard disk(s) from the Time
Machine backup.
 
how this is done since vm is a pvm file only???
