backup parallels settings and configuration for another mac?

what i did find, however, is a config.pvs, which is in the recycle bin and apparently comes from an earlier boot camp installation that i was able to start in macos via parallels desktop.
I have not found a config.pvs of a more recent date that could belong to my current windows vm.
so the QUESTION: are the contents AND the configuration in the current windows.pvm?
and then another QUESTION: where are the settings of my parallel desktop stored?
