Backup virtual machine (windows 7.pvm) with Acronis´ TrueImage 2014

Hello,

we have Windows 7 and Acronis TrueImage 2014 installed on Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac. Our Mac OS is Mavericks OS X 10.9.4.
Unfortunately we cannot backup the virtual machine (windows 7.pvm) since TrueImage does not allow access to \\psf.
Any help is appreciated.

To access psf folders on Windows Virtual Machine, please (re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and check how it goes.

we followed your suggestions, unfortunately it was not successful. For your information: we can access psf folders on Windows Virtual machine but not with Acronis True Image 2013/2014. True Image opens a windows (see screenshot) and asks for authentication. But our username and password is not accepted (user name and password are the same on Windows and Mac).
