Bad Behavior Parallels 11 When Control Center is Hidden

Windows 10 problems whenever the Control Center is minimized (hidden) in coherence. Start menu will open and close quickly without staying open. Upon unhiding the control center, the behavior reverts to normal in Windows 10. Would like to keep the control center out of the way (hidden) and be able to use Windows 10 normally. Very buggy.
 
Now, after the last update to Ver 11, Start menu does not work at all. A nice search through all the forum shows that this seems to be an ongoing problem that is getting no attention.
