Hello, I am writing you because since i have changed my MAC and updated the Paralles to the version 13 i am facing a big number of issues I used to have a 5 years old MAC AIR with win8 now I have a MAC BOOK PRO new with 16GB and 256 HD almost all free (nothing installed more than office) You have already supported me once some months ago, now i am stucked again Parallels is terrible slow, chrome more than any other applications Morover the battery that should cover almost 10 hours can cover only 2-3 hours Is serveral years I am using parallels but i am very close to give up Is there any possibilty to support me in a way to have a good situation?
