Best way to have lower resolution with 5K iMac?

In order for me to get the equivalent of 2560x1440 in Windows, I had to use the 'Scaled' option instead of 'Best for Retina' in 'Graphics' configuration. Then I set the resolution appropriately in Windows and it works. How can I get the equivalent using 'Best for Retina'?
 
I guess I should clarify. How can I have 5K resolution set in Windows and just the right scaling factor so icons and text are not too tiny?
 
For now I'm using 'Scaled' option and Windows is 2560x1440 with 125% scaling. I want the equivalent but with 5K.
