Billed twice for one renewal

    I tried to renew via PayPal yesterday, thought it went through but then got a notice from parallels that my license expired. So I renewed with my credit card but checked to see if it went through and found two Charges for $53 renewal. Please credit a refund for the second charge. Thanks.
