Hello,
Does anyone know where the Billing tab is?
I simply want to change my credit card but can't seem to find where that's possible. I also cannot find anywhere to contact Support staff. Quite frustrating! Any insight?

Hello,
You can change the payment information in your Parallels account:
  1. Log in to your Parallels account at my.parallels.com.
  2. Click on Active Subscriptions under the product in question, you will see the list of your Parallels subscriptions.
  3. Click on the subscription you would like to change payment method for.
  4. Click on Payment Options, and you will be redirected to the page where you can manage the payment method.
