Birthday Deal Expired?

I'm running PD for Mac 10. This morning I launched a VM and I saw a popup window offering the PD for Mac 11 update for US$38 in honor of Parallels 10th birthday. This sounded like a great deal so I immediately clicked on the button to get it. This launched a browser tab for updating PD 10 for mac. But the page informed me that the deal had already expired. This is not customer-friendly behavior Parallels. What's going on with the birthday deal?
Edit: It happened again today.
