This has been happening since I've been using Parallels (so just a few months). After each update, my Windows VM will boot fine initially. Then it will prompt saying it is updating the Parallels tools and want to reboot. Then on restart, I need the Bitlocker key to do the restart. I have it. It is a slight annoyance, but is this normal for everyone?
