Black hole upgrade claim form

I purchased parallels 6 from the apple store when I got my macbookpro about 1 week before they announced parallels 7. You claim I can get upgrade for free and it should only take 6-8 days. But I keep filling out the claim form and waiting, and waiting, and waiting... But nothing ever happens despite following all instructions to the T.

Is there any plan to actually honor the free upgrade, or am I just wasting my time on a farce meant to keep me interested in the product until I just decide to go out and buy it. Like that would ever happen as I don't like being lied to!

Can you please specify the month you have bought Parallels Desktop 7?
Do you have your invoice with the date stated on it? Email is valid

Yes I have the receipt and have uploaded the picture (as stated I followed instructions to the T)
yes my email is valid, I receive all the other mail from parallels
