black on black login screen WIndows 10 - dark theme related?

    Might be since the recent 10.15.7 Catalina or || 16.1.0 update (both not sure), but:
    when wiping over to a Windows 10 VM being in idle mode and the login screen comes up with the password field, the (blurred)
    wallpaper background is black (no photo visible) and the password field is grey on black.

    Strange.
