My Windows Vista VM has had no trouble with Toolbox until this most recent update to 18.0.1. Everything was fine with 18.0.0. Now, whenever I install Toolbox in Vista I get a black screen with no video after starting the VM. I can hear the Windows boot sound so I know there is probably a login prompt but I can't see it. I have to start the VM in Safe Mode and uninstall Toolbox in order to get my video back. I've tried installing and uninstalling Toolbox several times with the same result. No other changes have been made to the VM config other than upgrading Parallels to 18.0.1 from 18.0.0 and installing the latest Toolbox. Any suggestions? I have another Windows 10 VM that is working just fine with the latest Toolbox.
