Black screen on Windows launch

Mac OS 10.14.6
Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac Version 15.1.5
Windows 10

Whenever I open Parallels I see the screen below. I have tried restarting Parallels and my computer with no success. Is there a way to fix this issue without having to reinstall all the apps I installed within the Windows environment.

Hi, please take a snapshot and then force restart your Windows virtual machine to check on the issue:
1. To take a snapshot, refer to ( https://kb.parallels.com/5691#:~:text=Work with Snapshots-,Take a Snapshot,-Start Parallels Desktop ).
2. To force restart Windows, refer to ( https://kb.parallels.com/123094#:~:text=go to Actions on Mac menu bar > click Reset ). Thanks.
