BLACK SCREEN upon launch on Laptop

I have a Mac laptop and use Parallels 14.1.3 with Windows 7. When I launched it today, the screen went black. There are no icons and I cannot access my files, nothing. Please help me resolve this...

I have a MacBook Pro 13 2020 laptop (Big Sur 11.0.1) and use Parallels 16.1.0 (latest but still trial) with Windows 10 Pro. When I launched it, the screen goes black. I think it os graphics issue
Above on a thumbnail where you see all desktops that you have open, I see that windows has started but when I slide to Windows desktop than is all black. I just see mouse cursor.
Is that a bug??
I have to close Windows, then in Parallels changed in "Configure" -> Options ->Startup and shutdown -> On VM Shutdown - > Keep window open
Than I start Windows again and all is ok!!
Please solve that issue.
