Black window with only the blue "Window 10"

I have installed parallels with the trial version.
I have made the operation to transfer windows from my old PC (Windows 10)
I viewed a message "collecting configuration information" and then it stopped an I have now a black "Windoxs 10" window in which I cannot do anything !
Have I missed something ?

Hi, please start your Windows virtual machine and go to Action from the Mac menu bar and choose "Reset" and check let us know how it works. Thanks!

I have tried to reset : it tells me "preparation to Windows 10 upgrade"
A proggress bar appears and stops when approxilately to 1/4 of the line...
I have then the black screen wut a blue window 10 logo... an Icannot do anything inside the virtrual machine....

Thanks, but I already did... The system answered "nothing about that in the knowledge data base"... an no more.
Surely the Windows is not propery installed in the virtual machine.
How to re-install it from my PC ?

Sorry to be late, but I suppressed the virtual machine and re-created one in uploading Window 10 only (no transfer from my old PC). It's working now....
