There's a windows only software that I'm using Parallels to run called Lumerical. This was working fine for about 6 months, but starting last week when I try to open the program the entire GUI is just a grey screen and is non-responsive. I've attached a picture of what the program looks like when I try to open it, and I've also attached what the GUI is supposed to look like.

2. What is the version of your host mac?
3. What is the version of the Parallels Desktop?
2) macOS Monterey v 12.0.1
3) Currently have 16.5.1 of Parallels. I've tried downloading the latest 17 version but it did not fix the problem, so I reverted back to 16.5.1.
