Blocked on VMs when they are started

Hello,

I've got a big issue, when I start my VM (Windows or Ubuntu), I'm definitely blocked on the VM. I can't go back on my macOS desktop or applications. Do you know this problem ? How could I fix it ?

Even if I'm in window mode, if I don't click out of the VM, I can't use the trackpad shortcuts to go out the VM...

MaximeP1, did you try to press "CTRL+ALT" to escape from VM window?
Also, what physical keyboard do you use? Make sure you didn't pass your physical keyboard to VM as USB device.

Thanks for your response, I tried CTRL+ALT but doesn't work. My physical keyboard is the native keyboard of my MacBook Pro
