Blue screen during Windows 10 Installation (ISO)

Hi,

I have recently booked a M1 maccbook pro and I've installed Parralles PRO version 17.
I've a problem to install W10 (AMD Version) with an iso.
A blue screen is displayed (Your device ran into a problem and need to restart) when copy file is running
Do you know how I can solved the problem ?

OS version is Monterey.
