Edit - Turns out it was a problem with the original PDFs, not Parallels. I originally suspected parallels because I could view the PDFs fine in IE and Adobe Reader on Win 7, but when I copied them to OS 10.6, they were blurry in Preview. I later discovered that if I opened them with Adobe reader on Mac, they were fine. I suspect it's an issue with the fonts used by the PDF creator but whatever it is, not a Parallels problem. Sorry!
I am currently running Win 7 via Parallels Desktop on my iMac (OS X 10.6).
For my business, I have to log in to a billing website using IE and download PDF reports. I've only been doing this for a few months and haven't had a problem until today.
When I download the PDFs in Win 7, they look fine. I can read them and they are normal on the Windows partition. When I copy them to the Mac partition so I can access them when I'm not running Parallels, they become blurry and illegible. I have no idea what's causing this or how to fix it. I'm very new to Parallels.
Anyone had a similar problem or any thoughts on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I need to provide additional info.
Thanks!
