bootcamp + filevault = no boot device is available

hi,
i have parallels 8 and windows 7 in bootcamp. my osx(10.8.1) partition is encrypted with filevault 2. i want use this windows through parallels, but parallels crashed on booting to windows and warning appears: no boot device is available, press enter to continue.

do you know, why it does happening ?

Having the same issue here. Anyone got a way around this?
