Bootcamp Issue - More than one partition?

I've recently started getting a new error, which is becoming increasingly annoying! I've attached the message I'm getting from Parallels.

I have a Bootcamp installation of XP and Parallels and for months it has worked fine using the Parallels configuration when in OS X and sometimes booting into XP itself. Now I can only launch my Windows XP installation once in OS X. If I try to launch it any subsequent times I get this error. However, if I restart my MBP, I can launch Windows again...

Contrary to the message, I only have ONE Windows partition!

Help :(

Note: Here is the error message. I couldn't attach the image even though I followed all the guidelines for PNG and JPG attachments o_O
 
Hello,

the image with error is not available.
Could you please place it somewhere else or just type what is written there?
