Booting Problem

I need some help my parallels desktop keep on booting this black page.

It wont auto boot up. I've to manually select windows XP, then enter, then it'll boot up.

How to auto boot window xp ??

Control Panel->System ->Advanced Tab->Startup and Recovery Settings
Select Windows XP

When you say "Select Window XP"

Do you mean under Default operating system > drop down manuel > click on Microsoft Windows XP Professional ??
