Booting to Windows 8.1 Boot Camp Partition

I re-installed my Bootcamp partition with a fresh copy of Windows 8.1. Using Disk Utility I can see the partition and mount it without an issues. Opening Parallels Desktop for Mac 8 it does not appear to see any boot camp partitions. How do I get PDM to recognize the partition and boot it up?
