Bought Parallels Upgrade by accident...

Hi there,
I have the following problem I own Parallels version 7. After upgrade to macOS Sierra I bought accidentally the Parallels 12 Upgrade license, without realizing that it won´t work with my Parallels 7. So now I need to buy the full Parallels 12. Is there a way to get the money back?

As per your request, we have initiated the refund for the upgrade.
 
I have the same problem, I did not realize that an upgrade to vs 12 is only possible with vs 10 or 11. I have version 9.
What do I do? Thanks for your help with the refund.
