I just bought a Parallels 11 upgrade, but when I entered my key for Parallels 8 during the authorization process, I got a message saying that it's not a compatible version. It looks like Parallels 9 is the oldest version that will work. How can I request a refund?

Never mind, I figured it out, and was refunded.
