In the midst of using Windows and Quicken, the windows display only shows MS photos, Windows icon on Mac has dot underneath and Quicken icon sometimes "bounces" - selecting it has no effect. The Parallels icon has a dot below it, indicating it is open, and the Windows and Quicken icons appear, also showing dots below, yet nothing shows on the Mac screen. Right clicking the parallels icon appears to shut down Parallels, also closing the Windows and Quicken icons. It seems that Windows and Quicken are in a frozen "on" state.
