Box.com app installation fails

    Hi, I am running Parallels on one of the New Mac laptops (late 2021). I am trying to install the Box.com cloud storage app. Installation seems to run fine, but when I try to open the Box app I get an error asking to restart Windows. I have tried restarting Windows and also the Mac several times, but still doesnt work.

    Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

    Hi, please let us know if you are using M1 Mac or Intel Mac.
