I am using Parallels 10 on and iMac with Windows 8.1 as the guest. I see that Parallels 10 integrates OneDrive and DropBox into the Windows file system, but it does not do the same for Box. I have gone to Box (having tried the other two) because it is the only one that properly handles the newest iWork format. But I also use it to sync a lot of MS Word files. It would help if Parallels would integrate Box in the same way it did the other two cloud syncing packages.

Please (re) install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and switch Network mode to "Shared" from "Bridged" mode, Go to Actions menu > Configure > Select Network and change adapter to "Shared".
If same issue persists, Please generate a Problem Report ID as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and provide us the PR ID, so we can check it for you.
