Browser problem also I cannot get through to support by phone or chat

    I'm using Parallels with Windows 10 for Desktop. I use this for a Winlink program for ham radio that sends email messages. Part of the program requires me to send forms and when I complete them they are sent to a browser, Microsoft Edge, I believe. For some reason, a page appeared allowing me to change the browser. I chose Chrome and now those forms do not go where I send them. I want to change the browser back but do not know how to do it. Further, I paid for a year for the license and am unable to get support by phone or chat. Can someone help me? Thanks.
