BSOD "inaccessible_boot_device" after moving VM from one mac to another

Hi folks

Migrating a Windows 10 Guest VM from an old mac to a new mac. Same version of Parallels (13) on source and destination.
Shut down VM on source machine, copied cvia USB, expected to be able to just import and start the VM on the destination but am getting above BSOD stop error with above message inaccessible_boot_device.
I have already tried to disconnect and reconnect the hard disk as one KB article suggests but this has not worked.

If anybody has some suggestions it would be appreciated
Thank you

Please, choose Help->Send Technical Data menu item while windows in BSOD and provide its ID number.
It would be nice if you could do the same on old mac while VM in running state.
Thanks.

Hello,
This has been done on both devices,
BSOD device id: 240913965
Working device id: 240913285
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hello Optire, I couldn't find a graceful VM shutdown on source Mac.
I see that VM was in running state and the next VM start on new Mac ended with BSOD 0x7B.
Have you force quite the origin VM? Also I can not imagine that you tried to copy running VM...
Please, shutdown VM on source Mac properly before copying data. You can do it via shutdown menu
button or issuing smth like 'shutdown /s -t 0' in windows command prompt.

Hi,
Thanks for checking up. I thought I had shut down the source VM before copying - I believed it was off, but I will redo this and report back.
