BUG!!! Can't access Illustrator Mac from Windows 10 host !!!! TRYING VERSION!!!!!

NEED HELP ASAP

I'm on mac el capitan. I'm running Parallels 11 with my virtual machine windows 10.
Parallels does not link with one of my applications (illustrator cc mac).
( all applications Mac are in The roaming appdata and parallels app from local c disque/ virtual machine EXEPT illustrator cc mac !)
How to restore it?

FOR INFO:
My version of parallels is a free trial and stop tomorrow.! I do not receive gratis assistance ( NO 30 trials!! enough a bug from parallels!!)
I can not generate a ID because I need to pay an assistance to receive ID number!!!!!
I DO NOT WANT TO PAY A NEW VERSION with assistance IF ANYBODY CAN RESOLVE MY ACTUALLY PROBLEME.
THIS IS TWO WEEKS THAT I WAIT AN ANSWER FROM THE FORUM!!!!!!
