Bug: I cannot change dock symbol

I have the new parallels 10 version and now I cannot change the appearance of the docksymbol. Is it a bug? See my screenshot:

Please connect the power source to the Mac that enables the option to change the appearance of the dock symbol for virtual machine.

THANKS! It works with power cable pluged in. What a weird behavior, you should fix that please
