Big Sur and Parallels latest version, Win 11 ARM Latest version. There is always a USB stick attached (directly connected via Parallels to Windows, not as a network drive) Sometimes I run into a situation with extreme sluggishness of Windows - it may tak 10 seconds for it to respond to any input like a mouse click. It is still possible to get it to shut down eventually. It occurs for example after wakeup from Paralells' Suspend features (german: standby) in the parallels menu, but I have also seen it in other contexts (but perhaps the background action was the same?). I think it is correlated to the USB drive being attached and not connecting/disconnecting properly. After a disconnect (MacOS: "was not removed properly" suddenly appeared), Windows worked again. In short, the USB connectivity could be a bit more robust -- and the symptoms that I describe might help the Parallels team to troubleshoot. I hope this was of relevance?
