bug reporter hardcoded to Mail.app?

Finally bought a Macintel (the new MBP) to install Parallels on. After installing BootCamp 1.3 update, 3188 began crashing (I'm upgrading to 4124 now). When I clicked the "Send Report" button, it opened Mail.app, which didn't work because I use Thunderbird.

The bug report engine should rely on Apple Events and call the user's preferred email handler.
 
Not only that, Parallels still ignores the default web browser setting and opens Safari when I click on the Help button. Bad coding there...
