Build 3106: CTRL-ALT-DEL send keys doesn't work all the time

I suspended and then resumed my Windows Server 2003 VM today, but on resume, sending the CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence doesn't do anything, meaning the console is still locked.

One other suggestion. With Windows you have to send this key combination so much, can we get a keyboard combination and/or an icon on the toolbar to due the three finger salute?
 
I figured out what the problem is here. If you have Parallels set to "Swap CMD/CTRL" in Parallels.Preferences.Keyboard.Remapping Keys then obviously this special case of the CTRL-ALT-DLT sequence hasn't been taken into account.
