Build 3120 and Tools

I installed tools and my mouse curser "disappeared" so had to figure out from the keyboard only how to navigate windows. I had upgraded to 3120, uninstalled tools and then reinstalled tools. Also, I can't access my parallels shared folder so can't backup windows to a shared folder. I'd like to reinstall the previoius version of Parallels until more bugs can be worked out of 3120. Can someone direct me to 1. How to backup my work on windows without a shared folder (also won't let me burn the backup to disk) 2. how to reinstall the previous version of parallels. OR how to fix the tools bug so I can use my mouse and shared folder. Thanks!

The backup part is pretty easy. I just copy my .hdd file(s) using the Finder. It's a backup of the entire guest machine's disk.

I tried this but it says "one of the files cannot be copied as it is "busy" at this time" or something to that effect. I have uninstalled Parallels tools and then when I go to reinstall, nothing happens. I quit windows then parallels and then tried to back up the VM's to no avail. Any suggestions?
