C-Drive Access Thru Mac Finder

The root of my question has to do with making sure that Windows applications, which by default are stored on the VM C-Drive, are backed up when using Time Machine thru Mac OS. Is is possible to access the VM C-Drive thru Mac OS finder? I just want to make sure that all my Windows applications are being backed up. I save all the document/files from window application on the shared Mac OS files but I can't figure out the applications.

Any suggestions?
 
This is my concern as well. I have Windows files saved on C: drive which I want to ensure are backed up by Time Machine and accessible from the Mac OS (currently, Spotlight can't find files on C:).

Can someone help?
