c000021a BSOD + continuous reboot loop HELP!!!

I have searched the forums and read the threads regarding the c000021a BSOD & reboot loops but have had no luck.

I did not have a back up of my VM (I know..I know). I am completely stuck in the reboot loop. None of the F8 options help, always the reboot loop. I've tried cloning, same result. I've tried creating a new VM using same HDD image and it won't even boot to install, goes right into the BSOD then loops.

I am in a super time crunch on some very important projects, is there anything short of a complete re-install that will help me????

I can't even get into a command line to dig around in there!

Any help GREATLY appreciated.

It seems as though it's a Windows update that caused this. I just need to know how to get out of the loop to try some other avenues. Anyone???
 
Well Chris, what I suggest I try is to dink aorund with Parallels to the point where you can actually bot from your XP disc and get into the recovery console to try to uninstall some of the Win hotfixes. You can read through some of the .log files in the Windows folder to get an idea of what went wrong. There is a way to get into facilitate the System Restore from the recovery console too.http://searchwincomputing.techtarget.com/tip/0,289483,sid68_gci1167895,00.html
 
Thanks Chris. Well I got into the recovery console and uninstalled a few of the hotfixes, but it leads to the same boot loop. Tried the system restore and ditto. Boot loops. At this point I have opted to reinstall the cussed thing but now I have to call M$ for a new activation key as I am using an OEM version. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
